Customer Service

Because we need to maintain the integrity of our products, we have a no-return policy for customers. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to have customers return even unused products as we cannot ensure integrity for reshelving purposes.

Please keep in mind that products have varying degrees of efficacy based on each individual's genetic make-up and environmental exposure. Also, 4-8 weeks of dilligent use may be needed until positive results are seen. In the case that there is any dissatisfaction with a particular product, we will recommend an item more suitable to our client's conditions and needs.
